Shipping Policy

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer free next-day delivery on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day. Deliveries are made by 11:00 PM.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we do our best to meet them on every order, they may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control such as traffic, weather, or high demand periods. We are not liable for losses arising from delays caused by such circumstances.

3. Delivery Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum spend applies.

4. Our Delivery Partner

All orders are fulfilled by Quiqup, our logistics partner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

5. Safe Place Delivery

If you are not available to receive your order, our courier will leave it in a safe place at your delivery address. By placing an order, you authorise us to leave your delivery in this way. Once an order has been left at your address, responsibility for it passes to you.

If you have specific delivery instructions — for example, a preferred location or access code — please include them in the notes field at checkout.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided at checkout, redelivery charges may apply. Please double-check your delivery address and contact number before confirming your order.

7. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a dispatch notification once it has been handed to Quiqup. Tracking details will be included in your dispatch notification.

8. Temporary Changes to Delivery

From time to time, our delivery timeframes or availability may be temporarily affected — for example, during periods when we are travelling for sourcing, on public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances. When this happens, we will display a notice on our website clearly stating the expected impact and revised timeframes. That notice takes precedence over the standard timeframes described in this policy for the duration stated.

We will always aim to give as much advance notice as possible and to keep any disruption to a minimum.
