Jade & Sakura is a brand operated by Jade and Sakura Online Seller, a sole proprietorship registered at 1204 Belselah Residence, Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms & Conditions refer to Jade and Sakura Online Seller.

2. Agreement to These Terms
By visiting jadeandsakura.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy. Please read both carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the website, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our website and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. We only accept orders for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
4. Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in display settings. All teas and related products are sold for personal consumption only.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Jade and Sakura Online Seller is not currently VAT registered, and no VAT is added to your order.
Payment is processed securely by Ziina Payment LLC at checkout. We accept the payment methods made available through Ziina. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled by Ziina in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.
6. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted and is being processed.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, using Quiqup as our logistics partner.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered by 11:00 PM the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered by 11:00 PM the following day.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, or courier capacity. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays. We are not liable for losses arising from delayed delivery where the delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or failed contact attempts, redelivery charges may apply.
8. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order — for example, you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or something is missing — please contact us at info@jadeandsakura.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve it.
As our products are consumable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we handle all issues on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a fair resolution. We may ask for a photo of the item to assess the issue.
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on jadeandsakura.com — including our name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Jade and Sakura Online Seller. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You are welcome to share links to our website and products for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its underlying systems, introduce malicious code, or engage in any conduct that could damage or disrupt the website.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time if we believe you have breached these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Jade and Sakura Online Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
